I ordered some custom jibbitz for an alumni fundraiser. I was not the least disappointed. The communication in the beginning was a bit confusing, but they were very patient in answering all my questions and satisfying my requests. Delivery was fast, and the product quality is great. I will say though that the size was bigger than expected; bigger than the average size shoe charm. I will definitely order again.
